The Ab Twister is an ab workout machine that has been marketed with the impression that by doing the 10 exercises the product maker tells you how to do, you will not only tone a sexy 6 pack of abs, but you will also be building and defining 6 different muscle groups at the same time. That is certainly a lot to live up to for one exercise machine. If that were true, then forget the ab crunch! Everyone join me in doing the ab twist! It’s so easy!
But upon further review, it may not be quite that simple. Yes, the abs twister works. But, you’ll have to put in the work to, well, make it work. This isn’t a magic button wrapped up in a box that says “Open me for chiseled abs!” Why is that? Well, we’ll get into that later.
For now, let’s take a look at what we know the minute we look at the product details. Whether you’re buying an Ab Twister machine, or an Ab Twister Pro, you are going to be receiving 10 separate workouts you can do with your newly acquired workout toy. These are the most applicable workouts you can do with the contraption, so make sure you review these carefully.
The Ab Twister claims it can strengthen 6 different muscle groups, all in one fell swoop! Sounds good on paper—But, the truth is, you could do other workouts with other equipment that would be more effective for these muscle groups, but the ab twister machine DOES work on all 6 muscle groups. It’s just a more methodical approach. There’s nothing wrong with refining your muscle building campaign, and for a lot of you, taking things a little slower will be just what you need. Among the different muscles the ab exercise machine will focus on are your back muscles, so when they are built in conjunction with your abdominal muscles, you will effectively avoid having issues with lower back pain.
Another appealing feature of the product is that it utilizes gym quality steel in its construction. The same stuff you bump into in your local fitness center is the same stuff they put in the ab twister. If a gym worried about liabilities is willing to put this material on their floor, you should be too.
Last, but possibly not least (depending on who you are), the ab twister is easily collapsible for easy and convenient storage. No, we have not heard of anybody accidentally collapsing the ab twister in the process of twisting, nor do we know if that would be a painful experience or not. Nevertheless, we like the convenience of being able to own a piece of workout equipment without taking up the extra floor space in our home. As long as you have some room to spare amongst all the other stuff you keep under your bed, there is a spot for this piece of ab exercise equipment in your life.
